Creamy Sugar Cookie Fudge

A quick and easy homemade fudge that tastes like soft sugar cookies melted into a silky, dreamy treat with buttery sweetness and classic vanilla and almond flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips (Nestlé or Ghirardelli preferred)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • ½ cup sugar cookie sprinkles (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy lifting.
  2. Combine white chocolate chips, softened butter, and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula for 5-7 minutes until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, almond extract, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth evenly. Scatter sprinkles on top if using, pressing lightly to stick.
  5. Let the fudge cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for about 2 hours until fully set.
  6. Use parchment paper edges to lift fudge from pan and cut into small squares with a sharp knife. Warm knife under hot water and dry if it sticks.

Notes

Keep heat low and stir constantly to prevent white chocolate from burning or seizing. Use quality white chocolate and extracts for best flavor. Allow fudge to fully set in refrigerator for best texture. Warm knife before cutting to avoid crumbling. For dairy-free version, use vegan white chocolate chips, coconut condensed milk, and replace butter with coconut oil. Customize with mix-ins like peppermint candies, nuts, or chocolate swirls.
