Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and softened butter. Stir constantly until smooth and glossy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Slowly add sweetened condensed milk, stirring well to combine. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Stir until mixture is smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Generously scatter Christmas sprinkles over the warm fudge and press lightly to adhere.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.
