Instructions

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced chicken, peppers, and onions to the bowl and toss thoroughly to coat evenly with seasoning and oil.
  5. Spread the chicken and veggies in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet, avoiding overcrowding.
